There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 255(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, 2012-04-10 House Journal Page 2310 and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 255(JUD) was read the third time. HB 255 CSHB 255(JUD) was before the House in third reading. Representative Gara placed a call of the House.
